Kherson, Ukraine Streets are flooded in Kherson after the Nova Kakhovka dam was blown up. Ukraine’s president, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, declared the destruction of the dam an ‘environmental bomb of mass destruction’ and said only liberating the entire country would stop new ‘terrorist’ acts.
